Rules and Regulations inside the Dormitory
ATTITUDE
- Attitude reflects your performance.
- NO Drinking of Alcoholic Drinks, Smoking, Gambling in any form, Watching pornographic videos and the likes inside the dormitory and the campus. If caught, the student will be subjected to dismissal on the dormitory; this is also according to the provisions of the Code of Student Discipline.
- Cooperate with your room mates and to the officers of the dormitory.
- Respect one another inside your rooms and the dormitory as well.
- No animals should be kept in the building, hall, and rooms or even in the premises except on a case-to-case basis. (For Proper Veterinary students only).
- All occupants are required to register on the logbook intended for them to identify their Whereabouts in emergency times.
CLEANLINESS AND FACILITIES
- Resident is responsible by keeping their rooms clean and orderly.
- Garbage must properly deposit in the garbage bags provided for the purpose.
- The Dormitory Manager/Assistant or Officers will tour every room daily to evaluate whether he residents are observing the dormitory rules. Faculty Councilor/Assistant or Officers should inspects room facility maintenance and observe conduct behavior of residents while the Director of Auxiliary Services will inspects the rooms unannounced.
- Toilets, Bathrooms, sink; wash area and kitchen must always be kept clean and sanitary.
VISITORS AND CURFEW HOURS
- Visitors are required to register to logbook intended for the purpose for identification indicating here to the name of the visitors, address, and person to be visited, time of arrival, purpose and time of departure.
VISITING TIME
- Monday-Friday……………………………….6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- All students are supposed to be at the dormitory at exactly 9:00 p.m. because the gate will be closed at that time and will open at exactly 4:00 a.m. in the morning. Special permission is needed to be reflected in then logbook.
- Lights off will be observe at exactly 10:00 p.m. to give respect to those who were sleeping. In case that one is reviewing, the lobby is lightened for them.
- Complete silence must be observed from 9:00 p.m. to 4 a.m. to serve as the study period for all residents in the dormitory.
Saturday-Sunday…………………………….9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
OTHERS
- All electric bills must be paid during or before the collection to the MDO Treasurer to avoid too much payment.
- No room hopping to avoid the disturbance of others.
NOTES:
Violations of Dormitory rules and regulations covered by the Code of Conduct and Discipline for students shall be treated in accordance with this code.
